Overview and Value

Open Approach uses a strategic IT planning framework to analyze our clients technical and business environment. During this analysis, we assess the changing security and compliance landscape, align it to the risks associated with our client, then do a complete technology roadmap. The goal is to lay a path forward with budget development, priority alignment and recommendations to improve a more secure and technically resilient environment.

Budgets & Forecasts

We create an IT Roadmap and budget for the next 18 months, then a 3-5 year forecast of major capital expenses and projects. This includes standard alignment, lifecycle budgeting, new technology planning and a focus on initiatives and strategic projects or changes that are developed within our clients.

Roadmap Revisits

We revisit the roadmap frequently to ensure Open Approach and our clients are on-track, and will adjust timelines and priorities if needed.

Continuous Improvement

Not all projects and recommendations come with an expenditure. Our improvement in standards and security best practices are applied to all of our clients.
