How We Work

You can expect to interact with a natural, live person when you contact Open Approach. (Imagine that!) You don’t have to push many buttons, navigate a clunky menu system, or get in some interminable queue to get help with your IT needs. We know how frustrating that can be because we’ve been there too. Because of how we work, we can help quickly and get you back up and running in no time.

The way we do that is simple: we put people first. We keep our client list small and cozy — just big enough to keep things exciting but not so big that we lose touch with what matters: helping you use technology to run a better business. You can expect to interact with the same group of techs every time you need help because we get it: No one wants to lose time explaining who they are when they need IT to help in a hurry.
